Calling all wild ones—Our {NEW} Bandana is OUT!

Witch to Rewild 🐍🐴🦊

I created this bandana because I needed a canvas to express some of what I was experiencing. As soon as we moved to our new home here in Texas in the countryside, I was met by the wild. The Texas wild. I’m talking snakes and scorpions, ants of all kinds, bugs of every breed, armadillos and possums, mice and rats. The list goes on and on and on. Most were in the house, some were outside— and we all called this place home.

When you move out to the country, those walls that separate us from nature get REAL thin. At first it’s overwhelming, but you soon adapt and begin to enjoy it. The wild becomes your home. You return to the wild and that inner wild starts to come out even more. Your fear dissipates and a deeper level of respect and reverence emerges. For all of the critters, not just the cute and cuddly ones.

I’m more myself now than I ever have been. And this bandana feels like an expression of that. Becoming the wild.

We are so happy that y’all are loving our spell candles. They are such a special part of our shop. The creation process of our candles really truly is a deep labour of love and patience. Steph and I work together to slowly discover the perfect aromatherapy and colour therapy that meets and represents the essence of the candle, once I’ve channeled through its name, it’s purpose/offering and the story behind it. Meanwhile, while we’re collaborating on aromatherapy, our design team (my bestest friend in the whole universe, Paulina) begins to illustrate the art for the candle and the labels. The intuition journey from receiving its name to seeing it come into form is pure magic. Our candle co-creator and I are constantly saying how lucky we feel to be doing this work together. It truly is beyond my imagination.
Both The Night Seer and The Weaver are almost sold-out (just a small handful of each left) but we will be restocking them early December AND we miiiight be dropping some new candles at that time too. Spell work isn’t just about what happens when you light your flame. Part of the reason why I wanted to create our candles is that I wanted to invite more people into the practice of working with the magic of their lives. To remember what it feels like to have authority of your life, and to have fun in that role. I didn’t want to create a traditional spell candle. I wanted to create ones that excited all of your senses AND brought your imagination to the table. To invoke your childlike creativity and remind you what it feels like to have fun with what you’re working with. To be immersed in the realm of that candle.

All of our products are not only reserved for mystics or witches. They’re for anyone who feels ready to step into the Center of their life. To work with their own unique magic.

Night Wing Goods was very much a birth. In my creative womb for over 9 months before it was released into the world.
Sitting and growing in the darkness with me.

Samhain is coming up… who are you going to be working with?
Samhain is one of my favourite times of year. A time to honour the ancestors. When the veil is thin and the realm of spirit is active and present. There are so many traditions, beliefs and rituals around this time of year. What is your favourite way?
