House of Eberstein

House of Eberstein Handmade jewelry and original designs using lost wax casting, fabrication, stone setting and enameling techniques. I participate in many art shows around Texas.

I have been designing jewelry for over sixteen years from my studio in Travis Heights, just blocks from the SoCo (South Congress) shopping district in downtown Austin Texas. Some of my larger shows include the The Armadillo Christmas Bazaar, The Texas Renaissance Festival, Scarborough Fair, Blue Genie Art Show & Austin's "Le Garage." Some of my more recognized jewelry patrons include Austin's own

Liz Lambert, ZZ top's Billy Gibbons, and Alejandro Escovedo. Most recently, I have designed jewelry for Billy Burke's character (Miles Matheson) in the TV series "Revolution." I create jewelry using many techniques including "lost wax casting," enameling and fabrication. Many of the base production materials come from recycled sources. The pieces I design reflect my varied interests in archaeological and scientific discoveries during the Age of Enlightenment, 18th Century Romance, Sea Mythos, Science Fiction and the 1980's Punk Scene.

Meet Gretchen Grimm (GG), Sales Manager at House of Eberstein and a maker through and through. ✨

“Being creative is what I love to be and that is why I love working at House of Eberstein.

I enjoy living in Austin for a

ll the amazing shows I’ve attended, I love live music, and the Mohawk is one of my favorite places to see a show.

I enjoy making all types of art.
I love cats, coffee, sleeping, photos, plants, music, swimming, and thrift shopping.

I still have my baby blanket Phalanx that I sleep with every night, we’ve traveled many miles together including 5 countries, and 44 states.”
