I can’t believe it’s been 10 years since I first downloaded Pokémon GO. I’ve taken multiple breaks over the years, and these days I mostly play casually while out on walks or runs. Even so, it’s taken me to some incredible places. I’ve been lucky enough to attend GO Fest Seattle, GO Tour Las Vegas, and GO Fest Chicago. Every event reminded me why this game has lasted so long. The community is one of the most welcoming and positive groups of people I’ve ever been around. Next item on the bucket list: GO Fest Japan. 🇯🇵 Hopefully one day! Here’s to 10 years of catching Pokémon, exploring new places, and making memories.
