Halloween parents night out at Impacting Athletics. Drop off for the full 3 hours or pick up early if best for your child. TODAY’S THE DAY!! Our 10 WEEK BODY TRANSFORMATION CONTEST STARTS TODAY! To ENTER: On the gym’s App- go to APPOINTMENTS..then
click on WEIGH-IN/NUTRITION, and pick one of the 15 minute weigh in appointments times any day between now and the September 30th..we’ll get weight/bodyfat % readings, and waist measurements..and get BEFORE PICS. THEN-follow the nutrition plan you’ll be given at your weigh in appointment, come to at least 3x WEEKLY, one hour workouts, and -10 WEEKS LATER we’ll take AFTER PICS, and what will be dramatically different weight/bodyfat%, and waist measurement readings!!
