👀 Something is stirring in the dark again. 🍄
The lab lights are flickering back on. Technically, those are kitchen lights; but until the new lab is finished, the kitchen has been drafted into scientific service.
Cultures are waking up. Agar plates are multiplying. And somewhere in the Ozarks, a pressure sterilizer is making noises that would concern a reasonable person.
Fortunately, we’ve never been accused of being reasonable.
Ozark FunGuys is quietly spinning things back up.
New gourmet mushrooms. More functional mushrooms. Weird science. Good food. Useful products. And possibly an unhealthy number of Petri dishes.
