Refining allulose! I developed a production process that allows me to maintain the same ridiculously high level of quality for all 5 different kinds bars while decreasing the time of a production run! Iām super needing out with this.
Allulose is just amazing. I donāt know if I can link to the research studies here but theyāre pretty easy to find. Allulose not only doesnāt increase blood sugar at all (itās not even counted towards net carbs), but it also suppresses the glycemic effect of other foods itās eaten with! This means that if you have something that contains allulose along with āregularā candy, the candy wonāt be as bad for you!! So this chocolate is a superfood! And you want to hear the best part? Itās completely natural! It comes from raisins and jackfruit among others. If youāll Google for the research studies, you might find them with the name allulose or d-psicose (itās the same thing).
This makes our chocolate keto- and diabetic-friendly. And on top of that itās an amazing-tasting bean-to-bar craft chocolate. Now you can have all the chocolate you want with zero guilt, knowing that youāre actually consuming something good for your body. I get pumped talking about this. Itās just wow.
