We had a tasting today at after training . People really seemed to like the Traditional Milk and the White varieties the best! It’s so interesting to me how varied everybody’s tastes are. At other tastings I’ve done, those were the least popular flavors. And I was actually about to scrap some flavors that I didn’t like personally because I though that they wouldn’t be popular, but those actually ended up being the favorites of a lot of people. So now I’m keeping them all!!

Refining allulose! I developed a production process that allows me to maintain the same ridiculously high level of quality for all 5 different kinds bars while decreasing the time of a production run! I’m super needing out with this.
Allulose is just amazing. I don’t know if I can link to the research studies here but they’re pretty easy to find. Allulose not only doesn’t increase blood sugar at all (it’s not even counted towards net carbs), but it also suppresses the glycemic effect of other foods it’s eaten with! This means that if you have something that contains allulose along with ā€œregularā€ candy, the candy won’t be as bad for you!! So this chocolate is a superfood! And you want to hear the best part? It’s completely natural! It comes from raisins and jackfruit among others. If you’ll Google for the research studies, you might find them with the name allulose or d-psicose (it’s the same thing).
This makes our chocolate keto- and diabetic-friendly. And on top of that it’s an amazing-tasting bean-to-bar craft chocolate. Now you can have all the chocolate you want with zero guilt, knowing that you’re actually consuming something good for your body. I get pumped talking about this. It’s just wow.

Origins. When I had no idea what I was doing. I started making chocolate because I was exploring the health benefits of cacao (I’m an extreme health nut). I noticed that the chocolate industry does a terrible job of making a healthy product. The processes strip the cacao of all it’s health benefits. So I saw an opportunity for something better! This is the healthiest chocolate in the world, by far. And also some of the tastiest (of course I’m biased but I’m also a chocolate snob!). More to come...
