🚚Hello! We want to take a moment to remind customers of our warehouse pickup requirements.
All warehouse pickups require a dock-height vehicle (48'') .
This does not need to be an 18-wheeler, any truck with proper dock height is sufficient.
In the past, some of our locations (KY, BV, and TX) were able to offer flexibility. However, due to safety incidents involving non-dock-height trailers, this policy is now strictly enforced across all warehouses with no exceptions. To maintain a safe dock environment, walking on the pavement and unloading pallets to the ground are not allowed.
We understand this may be a change for customers who have picked up inventory for years, but safety is our top priority. More details can be found here:
