Good morning world!

Our new menu has officially arrived!

We kept the Waystone favorites you know and love, but cleaned up the layout, added some new options, updated a few recipes, and made it easier to build a meal your way.

A few things to look for:

🥘 The new Farmhouse Skillet with eggs, peppers, onions, cheddar and sausage gravy over homies or grits

🥗 The new Southwest Quinoa Bowl - with quinoa, black beans, fire-roasted corn, fresh vegetables, pico de gallo and Waystone vinaigrette. It’s vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free and nut-free!

🍔 More flexibility with your lunch sides and a few new add-on options throughout the menu

Don't worry all you Sausage Dipper fanatics - we can still make those for you, ANY TIME by request. It's officially been added to the "secret menu" ...if ya know, ya know! If you don't, ask next time you're here!

We’ve also made one important change in order to move away from pennies: the prices printed on the menu now include sales tax. The price you see is the price you pay!

Come check out the update and let us know what you try first. As always, breakfast and lunch are served daily from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Good morning, world!

We've been having a lot of fun stepping up our specials lately!

Today we have:

Blackened Chicken served over jasmine rice with confit garlic blistered tomatoes and a fire-roasted bell pepper coulis.

Zucchini Muffins topped with brown butter bourbon maple frosting and crispy bacon crumbles.

Steak Sandwich with provolone, caramelized onions, and garlic scape pesto on marble rye, served with fries.

Cinnamon Roll French Toast finished with vanilla maple icing.

Soups: • Creamy Tomato • Steak & Mushroom

Happy Father's Day to all the dads, step-dads, grandpas, and father figures who lead by example, lend a helping hand, and make a difference every day.

Bring Dad out for breakfast and let us do the cooking.

Good afternoon world!!! Thanks so much to everyone who came out for breakfast today. So sorry we ran out of Banana Fosters French Toast and Corned Beef Hash. We underestimated the impact of Eat Local New York sharing their experience. Really hope anyone who didn't get to have it today comes back for another visit!! We'll be ready 😜 ...Have a wonderful day and thanks for supporting local!

Good morning world!! Lots of news and lots to be thankful for today ...

We’re open regular hours today from 6am–2pm serving up breakfast and lunch all day long. On this Memorial Day, we also want to take a moment to remember and honor those who gave their lives in service to our country. We’re grateful for the sacrifices made by so many and hope everyone has a safe and meaningful holiday.

Huge shoutout to Eat Local New York for stopping by to visit us! We were especially thrilled to give your mother her very first Garbage Plate experience.

We want to wish a very happy birthday to someone incredibly special to all of us here at The Waystone.

Verna (as in the famous “Verna’s Ham & Swiss Sandwich”) has been here every single day since we opened… except for 5 days! That kind of loyalty, kindness, and support means more to us than words can really express.

We love your energy, your laughter, and the joy you bring into the restaurant every day. Here’s to many more breakfasts, conversations, and karaoke nights ahead. ❤️
