Fixed the input jack, new batteries, cleaned the frets and conditioned the fretboard, cleaned and polished the instrument. Nice day of hooking up my friend’s Quinto! 🙂

I’m back in business! After the last year of mostly 6-7/12-14hr shifts for months on end- I have a realistic schedule again!! I will be taking repair work, and able to complete work, on nights and weekends. Keep a look out later this year for my first custom guitars and stay tuned to the page for some big news...

After assessing the problem further, in the shop, I can fix the issue by raising and re-shaping the low E and A slots, thus saving my customer 💰.

How NOT to make a saddle for a Taylor! This is one I’m repairing. Notice the cut on the bass side and the fracture on the face of it. Whoever made this should have thrown it out and started over. Not to mention the top was flat. No bueno. Glad I can help my friend out!
