What you don't see under your floor matters just as much as what you do!

Here at Richstag Design, we never cut corners on subfloor prep—because protecting your investment and your full manufacturer warranty starts long before the final flooring is laid:

- Step 1: Early Delivery & Acclimation:
We deliver materials a full week prior to installation so everything properly acclimates to the space's temperature and humidity, preventing post-install shrinking, expansion, and seam failure.

- Step 2: Certified Premium Underlayment:
Many contractors try to "save cost" using luan, but major manufacturers like Tarkett won't warranty over it. We go the extra step and expense to install certified Powerhold PH-845 hardwood underlayment and manufacture approved adhesives so our clients get maximum quality and 100% warranted peace of mind.

We know that doing it right the first time is not fixing shortcuts later.
