I have a few things I have been wanting to post about how I do things here at American Graffiti that I have been writing up to be able to post for everyone to see. This will include info helpful to making a purchase and understanding how important it is to making you, the customer, as happy as possible with not just your purchased items, but also your whole

experience with American Graffiti. My main goal is customer service. To me that means creating the ability to have a welcoming and open dialog with anyone interested in any of my merchandise. We have a number of autographed comics. Most of which can be found in the “Autographed books” photo album. Individual autographed comics are sold at a flat price of $10. Discounts will be offered on complete sets, limited series, or storylines most of the time and for the foreseeable future, a free comic book will be inserted into every order. Placing An Order/What to Expect The Quickest and easiest ways to place an order are to either message me on the American Graffiti Comics & Collectibles page or shoot me an email at [email protected]. All messages are responded to within 1 business day. Business Hours Although technically this FaceBook page is 24 hours, I list 9am-6pm as the store's business hours. Any messages, questions, orders, etc. will be responded to during these hours. I will do my absolute best to have a response time of no more than 1 business day. These "business hours" will also help give you an idea of how long it should take not only to get a reply, but also an idea on how long the whole process takes. FORMS OF PAYMENT The forms of payment that I currently have set up as acceptable for American Graffiti Comics & Collectibles are PayPal, money orders, and checks. As of now, money orders and checks should be made out to Richard Pharris. In the line marked "for/memo" put American Graffiti Comics & Collectibles. PayPal payments can be made to Richard Pharris as well for now. Shipping Policy All orders are shipped out within 3 business days of payment received on either PayPal or by money order. All orders paid for with personal check will ship out within 3 business days of the check clearing.
