To update everyone, we are still completely down. For full disclosure, last week to better service our community, we dropped Windstream phones and went to an internet-based phone system. Yesterday, the lovely people at Windstream deactivated the wrong account "accidentally" cutting off our fiber internet. After about 6 hours of research, they finally determined that they had done so in "error", causing everything to go down. I was reassured that the issue was escalated to the correct people, and that they would be fixing the issue today by 8am. It is still not fixed. I am asking for everyone's help here. This could negatively affect someone's health. Please if you know someone at Windstream, call them. Keep calling them. Help us so we can continue helping you.
