Hey all! I just wanted to take a moment to update everybody about the shop, as I’ve gotten a few questions and negative comments as of late about our hours and availability. As of late, a lot of things have come up personally and medically for both myself and my staff, therefore, for the time being, I am running the shop solo with a few select delivery drivers on hand only a certain number of days. That being said, I have been taking on the task of acquiring all of my products doing the designing as well as delivering the arrangements as well in the village. I am periodically out of the shop to do said deliveries, and I tried to get back as soon as I am able, allowing extra time to navigate through the village at different hours of the day. I do ask that anyone that does call Does leave a voicemail with us as I do request that in the voicemail message as I will call people back once I am back into the shop. I know most don’t leave voicemails anymore, this day and age, but that’s really my only way of knowing that my attention is needed when I am out of the building. I do try to limit my time out of the shop to 20 to 30 minutes max and I try to do as much as I can within that timeframe so that way I’m not away from the shop for too long to miss anyone that might stop by.

I’m hoping sometime soon that things will streamline and business will pick up where I can hire on another designer/assistant that is able to help me with the work load, but for now I am running this cruise ship to the best of my ability.

Taking some time for self-care is always important here at Greene Ivy🫶🏼 💪🏼🫰🏼

Behind every phone order or in-person interaction to the processing and design process, and even a little delivery here and there, I am running a mostly solopreneur mission here at the shop now. I am always giving 120% with every interaction, every design and choice that is made within these four walls.

To make sure myself, as well as my part-time team members stay refreshed and at our best to give you the absolute top-tier service, as is the Greene Ivy way, I have decided to pause, reflect and have come to the decision to take one extra day off in the week.

Starting Monday, June 15th, we will be closed every Monday.

I absolutely love what we do here and would love to continue to be able to serve the Village of Baldwinsville and the surrounding communities for many years to come!

With this new store schedule, comes another change in hours as well!

We will be EXTENDING our hours, to better serve our commuters and shoppers that get out of work later, from Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00 pm & Saturday from 9:00 to 1:00 PM!
