Thinking of doing a tricked out bucksaw series. Something that looks great on the wall and works like as good as the bush series.

Figured / flame maple combo set. 24in and 12in. Coffee stained with satin clearcoat top. Linseed oil down the spines. Extra pivot screws in the handles are spares. -

Lightweight Bucksaws - available - I was considering moving to a slightly stronger wood like Ash or Alder but the lightweight pine is still holding its own. Plus the ash/alder wont be weighing in a 1.1oz! Reinforced tongue, groove and swivel joints. I like the idea of using both the 21in lightweight along with a 24in standard saw. 24in are work horses while the 21 lightweight, conserve calories/a bit easier inside a shelter
