Happy Friday! Maybe I should have shared your wallpaper Wednesday! A blast from my past! My dear mom was a miniature enthusiast and would drag me off on Sundays to Hereford to shop at My Favorite Things on York Road. Then we’d move on South towards antique row sometimes dropping by Glencoe Gardens before dropping in The Enchanted Dollhouse. These 1978 Millie August for Schumacher sheets are available! Happy Thursday night! I have been methodically organizing and selling off inventory behind the scenes. It really feels right to have it all out on the shelves vs being hidden away in milk crates in the garage. I have intentionally not bought once I was able to drive on my own since my mid-March fall and surgery.. Maybe I am missing out on something great but there’s just so much already here in my split level that I now have time to share! I’ll start tonight with some birds of a feather! See you at 8!

Well hello Wednesday! I am doing a little of this and a little of that behind the scenes and these are a few things I’ve heard. Blue and white trend is out. Hmmm, it was never a trend. There’s nothing to find at the thrift store because EVERYONE is now a reseller. Well, the aisles are quite jammed up lately and honestly everyone does seem to have a different “eye” so to me it’s ok. Why does one seller have luck selling milk glass when I can’t even give it away? Well, it just depends on that sellers following, their presentation and honestly milk glass can be incorporated into a winter tablescape, a baby shower or even a blue and white plate wall. I thought some cool milk glass tumblers on Saturday because they reminded me of fauxbois. What’s happening with live sales? Well, it does seem to be a thing and it’s all because shopping for some is a form of entertainment. I know that it’s still a bit of a challenge for me to stand in front of the camera and not say “um” a million times! So what’s with this flatlay? Well, mainly a hodgepodge of fruit related items that I pulled off my shelves just to catch your eye! Lately, my likes are way down, no one seems to comment on my posts! I too am a bit guilty of not engaging on those I follow! I’ll try to kick it up a notch I promise! What kinds of thrift trends have you noticed? I am all ears.

Happy Saturday! As I reset my house for fall I am closing my library hutch in my Maine coastal bedroom! I have packed away all my shell boxes and am starting to pull out the oranges and ambers and black transferware for fall! Good morning and happy Wednesday! I have been an online reseller since 1999 and in 2016 started sharing my finds along with their stories! I have met so many great ladies and gents through these squares who have widened my eyes to see pieces in the wild that I might never considered bringing home. I have followers from almost all of the 50 states and it’s amazing the analytics of buying I have witnessed first hand. I have seen sellers come and go just like popular items chill and then become hot again. I have seen major retailers such as Walmart, Target and TJ Maxx sell their version of vintage as they are clearly watching the gram for inspiration! My plan was always to shop until I can’t and sell until I drop! It’s clearly something in my DNA because on my dad’s at least 3 of my male cousins were collectors and resellers. Anyway, coming soon will be more videos of my shelves where we can shop my shelves! Have a wonderful Wednesday and it’s time for me to walk the shoppe dogs, do some packing and shipping and head out to the post office!

Monday I had an errand to run out in the country so on the way back I dropped by Burtons Self Service Farm Stand in Glen Arm. I knew exactly what I wanted tonight! Ratatouille! Added grilled chicken and 🌽 from Burton’s! Last week I found a secondhand terracotta herb pot! Made sure I filled it with my favorites! | Gardening | Home finds Stella Since I love selling Christmas in July I thought I’d share one of my vintage ornament trees! Ornament trees aren’t just for Christmas! I dreamed up this one for a baby shower for the new mom to use at Baby’s First Christmas! I thrift ornaments all year long and next week on my posts will be selling them along with other Christmas treats! Have you made an ornament tree? I like to use floral pins to tack down the tinsel garland onto the white styrofoam cone. Then I hot glue ornaments and beaded garland onto the tinsel garland. Enjoy for years to come! 🎄

Happy Saturday! I have completed 6 sessions of PT in three weeks. I am not going to lie but the evenings after the sessions I am sore and wiped out. The exercises seem so simple but they are focused on those tiny muscles in your toes, ankle and calves. So much you take for granted. Baby steps they say and I believe them! Have a great weekend!
