I saw these at the doctor's office this morning and smiled because I make these desktop calendars. I began to imagine how a desk calendar with MY art gracing the receptionist desk would look. I imagined it easing a nervous patient's mind or making someone smile. What kind of art would you like to see in the doctor's office? Abstract, surreal, watercolor, or something else?

Scammers love to create a sense of panic so you’ll react quickly without thinking. If you get a message saying your account is at risk or will be shut down, take a deep breath and pause. Don’t click anything or reply until you’ve verified who sent it. Check the profile, look for typos, and ask yourself—does this feel rushed or off? You have every right to protect your peace and your platforms.

Meta and Instagram will never message you asking for your password or to click a link to verify your account. Those DMs are 100% scams, no matter how real they look. Once you click and enter your info, you’ve handed your account over to hackers. Always go directly to your account settings if you have any doubts. If it didn’t come from the official Meta domain, it’s a no-go.
