Evening extended rope family,
I want to first apologize for the major major delays we’re having with our production. With everything going on globally, everyone has been super super patient with us and we want to say thank you. Even with the pandemic, our rope production has really come to a halt and I personally want to apologize for that. I know that some of these orders have been in the queue for so long that people are starting to get upset.
It turns out that our website was having serious issues and many, if not all, emails through our contact form got lost in the sauce. If you sent us a message via the contact page and there was no response, please do not think we were intentionally ignoring you! We’re currently in the process of updating the website and server so that mocojute.com should be running more smoothly very soon. For those of you who have sent us questions or concerns, I am in the process of finding those messages so that I can respond. For now, the best way to contact us about anything Mocojute related is to email me directly at [email protected].
Aside from technical difficulties, I am having a lot of personal problems and emergencies that have really affected everyone and everything around me, including Moco and Mocojute.com. He’s been very patient in trying to help and support me through this, but even he’s human. I forget that quite often and it isn’t fair to him.
In order to catch up with production, we have closed the rope shop temporarily so that we can make sure the current open orders get done as soon as possible. The shop will be opened up again as soon as we are in a place where we feel comfortable and caught up. If there are any questions or concerns, please reach out to us on facebook or email me directly.
