I don’t do personal projects too too often, but since I’ve started using resin as a medium, I have made myself one disk each year so I can remember what I worked on and see my progress over time.
Initially, I was drilling holes into them and making ornaments (which I still love!!!) but over the last 2 years I decided to preserve flowers that I grew from our garden and man, I’m so glad I did.
I didn’t know in 2024 that we’d be picking up and moving across the country, but now that I have 2 (from our last 2 years in Baltimore), I’ve decided to make this into a full set of coasters for our home.
I can’t wait to add the first 2 years we’ll spend in Colorado and complete the set. 🥹
