Sometimes friends give me a strange look when I tell them we're going to a Tractor Show for vacation. My sister understands. She went last week. It's where I find all the vintage textiles for Handmade by Margo & a few treasures for me. Many shows feature a quilt show or one close by. The one lady even brought her cute wood trailer & was making a quilt on her treadle sewing machine.

Mom loved to sew. We were talking about the jackets I've been making. She shared that years ago she made several Texas Fur Coats (ragged). Found an old pattern dated 1990s. Maybe I'll start a new trend.
