A Call to Sisters 50 and beyond:

Introducing: Wellness Wednesdays
“I’m WELL”
Women Embracing Longevity Lifestyles

A 10-session biweekly healing circle created to give women a dedicated sanctuary to unpack, create, and restore.
This is a totally unique space that bridges my two worlds: therapy and art. This isn’t just a casual discussion group. We are rolling up our sleeves to use creative excavation and therapeutic tools to tackle real-life transitions. We’ll be diving deep into boundaries, letting go of blame and shame, choosing absolute peace, and realizing we don’t owe our past a single apology.

We launch on Wednesday, August 12th (6:00 - 7:30pm. I am opening my private home sanctuary to host this first-ever intimate group.
Exchange is a recommended $25 donation per session. Space is strictly limited to preserve the intimacy, & trust of the group.

The Tribe Is My Vibe. ❤️

Today’s Bags Galore Workshop was about so much more than making bags.

We learned new leatherworking skills, celebrated personal victories, supported one another through life’s twists and turns, and laughed until our hearts were full.

Every rivet, every detail, and every finished piece reflects the creativity, resilience, and spirit of the woman who made it.

A special shout-out to Mama Cheryl Hinton, who stepped in as an amazing Teacher’s Assistant today. Next session, it’s your turn to create your own beautiful bag!

Looking forward to seeing everyone again on Saturday, July 25 at 11:00 a.m. to complete the bags.

Creating. Encouraging. Growing. Together.

The Tribe is my Vibe.

99°… and not one woman wanted to leave.

Yesterday, the Tribeswomen returned to Gracye’s Garden Oasis to add the final touches to their walking sticks.

Polishing. Buffing. Adorning. Reflecting.

What began as fallen branches has become something much more.

Each stick now carries a story…of family, resilience, healing, faith, joy, ancestry, and personal transformation.

Watching these women gently rub and polish their sticks was like witnessing a quiet ceremony. Every movement was filled with love, intention, and gratitude.

One woman proudly added photographs of her sons.

Another smiled with the confidence that comes from mastering tools she never imagined using.

Another finally released the need to compare herself to others and trusted her own creative path.

This has never been just about woodworking.

It’s about discovering that there is an artist, a storyteller, and a courageous woman within.

Sometimes the greatest masterpiece isn’t the walking stick…

It’s the woman who created it.
