I have had mixed emotions about using Facebook to communicate with customers and the community. I feel ambivalent about using it to market the business and announce events on it. I wonder what customers feel about Facebook. I would love to hear from people who are following this page about how they feel about this. Is it valuable to you for a business to communicate via a social media platform? Should I pay more attention to creating posts here or should we concentrate on the personal experience with our customers?
