We are having problems with our telephone system since switching to Fidium. It's been 2 weeks and still haven't been able to get it resolved. We have 2 lines, so if we are on the main line, anyone that calls, it is supposed to switch to our other line so we don't miss your call. That part of our service is not working properly. If you call and get a prompt to leave a message, ignore that. We can't receive your message. Please call us back until we answer. We are diligently working on getting this problem resolved. We'll be going "scorched Earth" with them soon if they don't fix this.
