If you're a fan of acoustic delta style blues and haven't heard Jo-Ann Kelly, you're in for a treat. She may look a bit like your 5th grade classroom teacher, but she was a master of acoustic blues, both as a singer and as a guitarist. She clearly spent much of her life listening, studying and imitating some of the great blues players of the 1920's and '30's. Even my most dedicated listeners are in awe of the results.
