Fresh American Olive Oil from Old Growth Orchards. It's what you don't see.... below the soil all the roots are completely mingled! Every olive has been informed by her neighbor for the last 73 years. Try our Singe Estate Oil; all our fruit comes from our orchard planted in 1952. Balsamic Brown Sugar Strawberries

1 pint of Strawberries - clean and slice

2 Tbs Dark Brown Sugar

2 Tbs Bangor Balsamic Vinegar

In a medium bowl, combine ingredients, cover and refrigerate for a few hours.

Chocolate Olive Oil Cake

1/2 cup hot coffee

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/4 cups all purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

3/4 cup Sierra Nevada Olive Oil

1 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs, room temperature

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preheat oven 325, grease and line the bottom of a 9" springform or cake pan with parchment paper.

Heat the coffee to just simmering. Whisk in the salt and unsweetened cocoa powder until smooth and set aside.

Whisk together flour and baking soda in a large bowl until well combined.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the sugar, olive oil, eggs and vanilla on medium high for 4-5 minutes.

Look for pale yellow color.

With the mixture on low speed, slowly add the chocolate coffee mixture, scraping the bowl as needed.

Slowly add the dry ingredients. Mix until combined.

Pour the Chocolate Olive Cake batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.

Cool cake in the pan for 15-20 minutes and gently release the sides of the springform pan and cool for 10 more minutes.

Transfer to a serving plate or serve directly from the pan.

Whipped Cream

2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

3 Tbs Powdered Sugar

1/2 tsp Vanilla

Place bowl and whisk attachment ahead of time in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Add all ingredients and whisk on high speed until stiff peaks form. Take care not to over mix.

Slice the Chocolate Olive Oil Cake, serving with a dollop of whipped cream and topped with Balsamic Brown Sugar Strawberries, Enjoy!
