Today's excursion was just the three of us. Suz couldn't make it today. We went to Grand Dad's Bluff park in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. This one was on my list. When you get to LaCrosse. Find Main Street and just keep driving UP. The vista's were awesome. Had to model my favorite backpack. We ended our LaCrosse vist with little shopping at Duluth Trading Company. Their garden bib overalls are my standard daily wear. Comfortable fit for sitting in front of the sewing machine for hours. We're ending our day with a Pizza from Village Square Pizza from Fountain, Minnesota. Perfect ending on our annual sisters adventure. Stayed close to home this year. A couple days of gardening and paperwork and it's back to the studio.

I few days off with my sisters in Minnesota! Tuesday. We headed to Winona, Minnesota. Lunch at the Acoustic Cafe on 2nd St, then a cruise on the Winona Boat Tour (big rain storm happened) on the Mississippi River (learned about the river history) and a stop at the Antique & Craft Under Sugar Loaf to see our brother, Ted - the Button Hunter, booth in this a big mall in a historic building. And dinner at Juniper's in Lanesboro, Minnesota. End of day one.

Eight summer outdoor shows completed two more outdoor shows to go. Beaver Dam, Baraboo, Spring Green, Madison, Sheboygan, West Bend, Green Lake, Fitchburg. Wisconsin is full of art and craft fairs and an huge audience of art and craft lovers. THANKS!

September 5th/6th - Paoli Art Fair, Paoli, Wisconsin
September 19th/20th - The Driftless Art Fair, Soldiers Grove, Wisconsin.

Then I can put the tent, weights, and stakes away until Summer 2027.

Overwhelmed and Grateful! Thank you, HDS Fans and friends. I haven't done this since my Port Clinton Art Fair Days in Highland Park, Illinois. Every handbag I would make would found a home.

Wowzer! What a day! I appreciated all of you coming out and supporting Helen's Daughters Studio at the Agora Art Fair on Saturday. Many of you added something to your collection and for others, this was your first HDS Handbag. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!! A "big thank you" goes to the Agora Show Director, their volunteers and their entire Team. It is an amazing fair. The day was comfortable and cloudy. No rain. đź’–

Omgoodness, they took the rain out of the Madison area forcast!!!!! I wasn't looking forward to three weekends in a row of rain. Alec from Channel 3000 said...clouds. Temps mid 70's. That sounds good to me! Find me in Booth #37. At the Agora Art Fair In Fitchburg, Wisconsin. I'm going to work a few more hours and I will see you tomorrow!
