It seems that ever since Covid, the “gift items” we see at many trade shows are going down in quality yet up in price. Therefore, this year we are working to find local artists to add to our gift shop. We attended Island Park Art show today and found some goodies!! 🥰

Even before we close for the season, we have to get started on planning next year! We actually start reviewing how the spring went in June and start making plans in July. Plant orders for next spring need to be in soon as well as plastics for growing. It seems like we are always living in the future!🫠

I decided to take the dogs on a walk at dusk. It was fun watching the new kitten practice her hunting skills. Even better? No mosquitoes! One small up side to this horribly dry summer. 🐱🐱🌅
