3 Hives here now.... All of them being swarm captures here on the farm as some "freelancers" were passing thru....

First Wild Bee Swarm capture of the season !!!!

Andrew and Steve caught a bee swarm here at Mulln-Heim Vineyards..... Soon to be transferred to a proper hive and back to work mak'n honey for you and me !!!!

There's still several other bee traps scattered across the property that are getting some attention. So we'll see what becomes of that....

Rather dramatic how quickly the tops turn yellow and the plants go into their next phase....

Latest Project - - - Shop Video Area

so it's - Picture time on the farm.... and for no apparent reason....

I now have a 45" TV mounted in an all-weather box on the back of the workshop !!!!

Now I need to figure out what to do with it.....

OK then....Enough with this "Distraction Project"...at least for awhile....Now back to stuff I REALLY SHOULD be doing......

Well.... Couple of days ago I randomly asked, "What's your Favorite Veggie or other to eat straight from the Garden????....

And here are the results - -

#1) Tomatoes (Tomato 7 + Cherry Tomato 5 = 12!!!)
#2) Peas (Peas 6 + Pea Pods 3 = 9!!!)
#3) Raspberry = 5
#4 Carrots = 4
#5 Strawberry, Kohlrabi???!!!, tied at = 3
#6 Peppers, Cucumbers tied at =2

Then #7 - Radish, Asparagus, Sweet Corn, Zucchini, Cantaloupe, French Sorrel, and Lettuce/Greens all tied at = 1

Interesting results.... or at least interesting to me !!!!....
Multiple mentions that I hadn't considered before !!!

So I may have to reconsider my spring planting list .....

A nice Place to have friends and/or and any other social event:

Finally got my 2nd picnic table finished yesterday!!! So it was off to a little social area today.... Heavy little bu**er, so the tractor helped out greatly....

Can't believe it took me as long as it did to get those darn tables finished. About all I can say is, "They're Sturdy" at least....

The rafters above will hold up a tarp above if rain is an issue. But that has to wait until we're out of any chance of snow.... Yeah, risky statement there being in Michigan and all !!!

And that's the latest folly happening here....
