Good Morning Mark
At the request of WOLF two of your tech's came out to service our Wolf oven. Mike Wimmer from Wolf asked how it went. Below is my replay to him.
“Good Afternoon Mike
I apologize for not contacting you sooner, but the past 3 days have been jam packed.
I believe it was Jessica from Tatro's Appliance who reached out last week, and made the appointment for Tuesday this week. Worked perfectly for us.
Tim from Tatro's called Tuesday morning to give me his ETA. He arrived on time despite not being familiar with the North Country and GPS not giving him the correct information.
Tim and the gentleman with him were very professional and did an outstanding job. They both not only met, but exceeded our expectations.
And Thank you Mike for going above and beyond to make everything right.

Scammers are calling claiming to be from Tatro's Appliance.
They say they will arrive in a half hour for your service.
It seems to be an Oklahoma number.

Dear Mark,

Up until five years ago I lived in Montpellier for about 8 years. Tatro's helped me fix appliances and install new things a number of times. Once it was my washer that had some problem or another. The young man who fixed also cleaned it. It that process, he found a ring that my late father had designed for my late mother. I thought I had lost it forever, but your employe found it trapped in the rubber seal around the door. Thank goodness! I had grieved the loss of the ring, but he brought it back to me.
I am still grateful!
