Our cosmic brownies grew up, got a little extra, and started using finishing salt.

Fudgy chocolate brownie, caramel drizzle, a pinch of Maldon sea salt, and a bourbon caramel cream cheese rosette because apparently childhood snacks can have a glow-up too.

Still rich. Still nostalgic. Just wearing better shoes now.

Pumpkin people, your season has officially begun.

We took a pumpkin blondie, swirled cheesecake through it, then covered the whole situation in bourbon caramel cream cheese icing because restraint has never made a particularly good dessert.

Finished with roasted pecans and our dark chocolate Yonder seal.

Soft, rich, a little nutty, a little boozy, and very much built for the first stretch of fall when it’s still 87° outside but spiritually you’ve already put on a sweater.

Pumpkin Cheesecake Blondies are in the case this week while they last.

Summer doesn’t seem like it’s going anywhere anytime soon but the fall menu is only days away, which naturally means we’re already knee-deep in Halloween and Día de los Mu***os.

Sketches everywhere. Chocolate everywhere. Probably Tajín somewhere it has no business being.

This little number is one of the first pieces coming together: mango + Tajín, dressed in marigold gold and looking suspiciously festive.

Pumpkin Spice got its turn first. But, next? We’re going a little darker, a little brighter, and a whole lot more dramatic.

Time marches on, seasons change, and eventually the chocolate case has to change with them.

We’re reaching the tail end of Lemon Magnolia for the season. This is our final run before it steps aside and makes room for what comes next.

Behind the scenes, we’re working through the last details of our fall menu, trading bright summer flavors for things a little warmer, richer, and more suited to shorter days.

Lemon Magnolia is available while this final batch lasts.

Fall is coming to the case shortly. And we’ve got some good things in the works.

That’s it. Im calling fall. Summer can leave any day. But. Until it’s hot coffee weather, I figured I’d go ahead and tell yall about our new Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew with Bourbon Caramel Sweet Cream! It’s been moving pretty steadily today, and I think y’all are gonna like it.

R&D doesn’t always mean reinventing the wheel. Sometimes the smartest thing you can do is look back at an old favorite and figure out how to make it earn its keep.

So we took caramel and pecan, kept what was good, and gave it a little more backbone.

Caramel Pecan
Caramelized white chocolate, roasted pecans, and a little Maldon sea salt.

Nothing fussy. Nothing hiding behind smoke and mirrors. Just a good flavor doing what a good flavor ought to do.
