LuxCare Clothing

LuxCare Clothing Fashion-forward, comfortable, and adaptive clothing designed for confidence and ease.

Featuring luxurious headscarves with custom prints—thoughtfully crafted for hair loss, style, and everyday wear. Finding stylish, functional clothing during medical treatments shouldn’t be a challenge. Yet, as a fashion and costume designer—and a three-time stage IV cancer survivor—I experienced firsthand how limited options were. Instead of settling, I took it upon myself to change the adaptive c

lothing landscape. At LuxCare, we design fashion-forward, medically adaptive garments that blend comfort, dignity, and versatility. Our pieces, from custom-printed headscarves to scannable, port-accessible clothing, are crafted with care, using OEKO-TEX®-certified and organic fabrics to ensure they’re gentle on the skin while making a statement. Our customers love that LuxCare clothing not only supports their medical needs but helps them feel like themselves again—confident, stylish, and empowered. Made in small batches in the USA, our garments prioritize quality, sustainability, and thoughtful design over fleeting trends. With a background in fashion, film, and couture craftsmanship, I’ve brought my expertise to LuxCare, ensuring that adaptive clothing is just as beautiful as it is functional. LuxCare isn’t just a brand—it’s a movement, redefining what it means to dress with dignity at every stage of life. - Paloma Soledad, Founder LuxCare

It’s hard enough to be going through it, but to get unsolicited advice, from non medical professionals, I know it’s just a way to show you care but it’s exhausting

Going home!!!! After brain surgery. Doing outpatient treatment for the remaining spots all week before coming back to do the TIL therapy. Gotta get healthy and regain my strength for the next round of treatments

06/02/2026

Saturday I ended up in the emergency room.

The brain metastasis that was previously radiated had tripled in size and was swelling. They also found 10 new small ones. Steroids, anti-seizure medication, a hospital weekend, but feeling better and very well taken care of!

Tomorrow morning I’m having brain surgery here at Topper Cancer Institute LVHN. They’re removing the tumor that’s been causing the most problems. Then over the next month, targeted radiation for the rest. TIL therapy gets pushed back until everything is stable and I’ve healed - but it’s still on the table, and those cells are growing at an unbelievable rate

Here’s what I keep coming back to: Dr. Nair — a true melanoma pioneer -was at the ASCO conference in Chicago when this happened. He pulled together some of the top specialists in the field, including my previous oncologist Dr. Paul Chapman, to map out the best path forward for me.

I am in extraordinary hands.

I feel the weight of every message, every comment, every prayer you’ve sent. You have no idea what it means to have this community holding me up right now.

Thank you. Truly.

More updates soon. 🖤

A health update, things are moving fast.

I have acral lentiginous melanoma — a rare form of metastatic melanoma. Diagnosed in 2016. Six years NED after immunotherapy. Now new spots have shown up, including one on my brain that was treated with radiation two weeks ago.
On May 7th I’m having surgery to harvest lesions from my right lung and place a chest port. This is the first step of TIL therapy — a treatment where they grow billions of your own T cells at the Iovance lab in Philadelphia and put them back in your body to fight the cancer.
More details coming soon. For now — wish me luck.
