Location: Elba, NY
Full Time: Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4 pm

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Job Duties:
- Help on our chocolate coating assembly line
- Package candy that comes out of the kitchen
- Proper use of scales to weigh out candy as well as print ingredient labels
- Fill out paperwork for lot code traceability
- Follow all GMP standards. An over shirt, gloves and hairnets/beard nets are provided.
- Help out in candy kitchen as needed.
- Keep work areas clean, sanitized and keep utensils and trays washed

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Store Coordinator to help keep our daily operations running as smoothly and sweetly as possible!

Position Overview

The Store Coordinator plays a vital role in our day-to-day success. You will act as a key point of contact between our retail floor, our production factory, and our team. This role combines hands-on customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and team scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

· Employee Scheduling: Create and manage weekly staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak retail hours.
· Product Display & Merchandising: Design and maintain eye-catching, candy displays that draw in customers and highlight seasonal items.
· Factory Coordination: Serve as the primary communication link between the retail store and our candy factory to manage stock replenishment and product availability.
· Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and track popular items. Package our famous handmade candies and seasonal items.
· Cash Handling: Operate POS system, accurately manage cash drawers, and possess strong basic math skills
· Customer Service Excellence: Greet guests, take phone orders, and model top-tier hospitality on the sales floor. Work in our ice cream shop, serving cones, sundaes, and milkshakes.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of hands-on retail or customer-facing experience (a passion for treating customers like family is a must!).
· Leadership Experience: 1–2 years of leadership or key-holder experience where you successfully guided peers, coordinated workflows, or supported a management team.
· Organizational Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail—especially when handling inventory, cash, and schedules.
· Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively bridge communication between the retail shop and our off-site factory team.
· Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift boxes of merchandise (up to 30 lbs) as needed.
