We are so excited to announce that we have signed a lease with Grand Appliance and TV at our Fabyan Randall Plaza Shopping Center in Batavia, IL!!!

Grand Appliance will be a phenomenal addition to our shopping center, and we are confident they will be hugely successful. We need to thank members of Grand Appliance’s team – Aaron Reckling, Anish Gauri and Ryan Kennedy.
