I’m having such a proud mama moment today! 🥹💕

Watching the child I’ve trained and prepared for this moment step fully into her purpose has been incredible. Bailey conducted seven interviews today, and I was blown away by her professionalism, knowledge, confidence, and ability to clearly communicate her expectations.

This year, she will be managing all of our kiosks…. overseeing everything from job postings and interviews to ordering uniforms, determining inventory needs, scheduling, and training her entire team just one week before what is expected to be one of the biggest seasons in LSU history!

I’m sorry, but y’all cannot tell me what a child is incapable of learning. We make so many excuses for our children, but the truth is, the apple does not fall far from the tree. What we consistently teach, model, nurture, and expect from them will eventually show up.

And if the fruit doesn’t reflect the roots… no matter how far it may have rolled… it may be time to check the tree. 🌳🍎

Today, I’m simply a proud mama watching her girl blossom into the leader she was raised to be. Keep going, Bailey. This is only the beginning! 💕

Sometimes you’ve just gotta do what you’ve gotta do for the content! 😂🎬

We wanted to capture Bailey inside Sweet Baton Rouge during the Ultimate Tailgate, but the way the sun was shining made it impossible to shoot from inside. So, Harper and I took our producing and directing skills outside and tried to communicate with Bailey through the glass! 🤦🏽‍♀️😂

It wasn’t easy, but we got it done! Kudos to Mom and little sis for doing whatever it takes to get the shot and kudos to Bailey for somehow understanding our hand signals! 😂🍿💗
