A little color. A little texture. A little reminder that we’re never walking alone. Hand-painted with lots of love✨💗

✨ Hi friends! I realized I haven’t posted since June, and recently a few of you reached out asking if I’m still taking orders (which I love and appreciate so much 💛). It hit me that many of you don’t actually know me personally, so I thought I’d share a little glimpse into my world outside of the canvas.

I’m a mama of 4 amazing kiddos — from a sophomore in college down to a first grader 🫶 — and I also work full-time as the EVP of Formation Credit Union. Over the past few months, our credit union has been in the thick of a major core conversion (translation: lots of long days, late nights, and brain power poured into making big changes happen for our members).

Because of that, my time and energy have been pulled more toward my day job than my brushes and paints. But the good news? Things should settle back into a normal rhythm come October, and I can’t wait to get back to creating again! 🎨

In the meantime, here’s a peek at some of the commissions I’ve completed since June — each one was such a joy to create ✨

Thank you all for your patience, encouragement, and continued support — it means the world to me. If you’ve been waiting, hang tight… more art and new pieces are coming soon! ✨Allison Foy

If you don’t know what to pursue in life right now, pursue yourself. Pursue becoming the healthiest, happiest, most healed, present, confident version of yourself. Then the right path will reveal itself✨

Every choice we make becomes a seed. Some grow into peace, fulfillment, and joy. Others may grow into patterns we wish we had broken sooner.

All of it matters.
Not because you’re behind, but because your future self is always waiting - cheering you on, hoping you’ll choose alignment, healing, and love.

Today’s choices are tomorrow’s life. And you are so worthy of a future that feels free, grounded, and full of joy.

What would your future self thank you for choosing today?

Take a deep breath.
Then take one small, intentional step.
With kindness. With grace. With love.
