📢 IMPORTANT LOUISIANA MEDICAID UPDATE FOR HEALTHY BLUE MEMBERS

The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) has announced that Healthy Blue will no longer be a Louisiana Medicaid managed care plan after December 31, 2026.

LDH announced the closure of its contract with UnitedHealthcare. As part of this transition, Medicaid members previously enrolled with UnitedHealthcare were reassigned to other participating MCOs to ensure uninterrupted access to care.
