Gentry’s fans, y’all want some history? This is the machine we use in Baton Rouge! One of my favorite parts of this job is meeting people who aren’t from Louisiana and watching them experience a New Orleans style snowball for the first time! It is a uniquely South Louisiana thing. As is the case with South Louisiana culture in general, other places just don’t do snowballs like we do!

Do y’all know about our cream flavors?? We have several to choose from - not the least of which is our awesome Chocolate Cream! An ode to old New Orleans style snowballs. If you haven’t had one, they are truly decadent! Imagine snowball juice mixed with melted ice cream! Come to our Denham Springs or Baton Rouge location and try one!!
