Daisy Drip Dry

Taken November 4, 2015, the last day he sold his Daisy at the Battle Creek VA. He always dressed sharply for the occasion, and enjoyed meeting the people who purchased his product, or simply stopped to hear about it and meet him. :)

Thank you to everyone who did one of these three things, he was always excited to go sell at the VA! :)

Dear friends and viewers of this page,
I regret to inform you that the creator of the Daisy Drip Dry lost his earthly battle with health problems early this past Sunday morning. He now is with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in Heaven, where he'll never struggle with health again, and is more healed alive than you or I! An absolutely beautiful service was held yesterday afternoon to commemorate and celebrate his life here on earth. Though all of his family and friends are happy for him to never struggle here on earth again and to instead be better off now with Jesus, we all also deeply miss him and will never forget him or anything he taught us.

If you are still interested in purchasing one of his Daisy Drip Drys, please send us a message and we will determine how to facilitate this. All proceeds will now go to support his bereaved wonderful wife of 67yrs (who also loves to tithe and donate to her favorite Christian ministries).

Thomas H. Cape (WWII Veteran, mechanical engineer, and inventor of the Daisy Drip Dry!)

Thomas' wife had been using a similar type of design for hanging clothes to dry, but when that product began to fall apart, Thomas said 'I could make a better design!'
Thus, the inspiration for Daisy Drip Dry was born!

The Daisy can hold 8 lbs. of laundry, or whatever else you may think of to use it for! (Dog toys, tennis shoes, paint brushes, bathing suits and towels, balloon games, etc.)
The 8 spokes of the Daisy are made from galvanized steel, and the center piece is able to spin both directions continuously for ease of loading and unloading your Daisy.

It is a fantastic tool for everyday use at home, as well as being convenient to take on a camping trip or use in a hotel, use in a dorm or small apartment, or use to hang towels during a vacation at the beach!
This is a wonderful gift for the person who has 'almost' everything!

We are planning to sell again at the Battle Creek VA on Wednesday, November 4th, 11am-1:30pm! We will be stationed in the vendor area outside the cafeteria. Please feel free to stop by to look at the displays, buy a Daisy DD, or just say hello to the almost-89 year old World War II veteran and Daisy DD Proprietor, Thomas Cape!
Each Daisy Drip Dry is $15.00 plus tax. ($12.00 covers cost of the Daisy, $3.00 is donated to the VA!)
