Meet Mindi! 🩷 If you’ve connected with Graceful Gatherings Rentals, you’ve likely experienced her passion for helping people bring their vision to life.

Mindi has been married for almost 29 years and is the proud mom of two adult children, both happily married, who mean the world to her. Family is one of her greatest blessings, and she loves spending time with them whenever she can.

When she’s not working, you’ll often find her traveling, taking walks with her pups, cooking, or experimenting with fun new sourdough recipes in the kitchen. She loves trying new things and finding joy in life’s simple moments.

Her favorite part of the rental business is helping people create the party or event they’ve always dreamed of while keeping it at a reasonable cost. She believes beautiful celebrations should be accessible and loves working with clients to make their vision a reality.

When it comes to favorite rental items, she’s especially drawn to our beach glass vases and triangle arches. They add such a beautiful touch to weddings, showers, parties, and special events!

We’re so thankful for the heart, creativity, and care Mindi brings to Graceful Gatherings Rentals every day🙌🏻

GET TO KNOW OUR TEAM🫶🏻

Meet Alyssa! If you’ve ever had a rental with us, odds are you’ve talked with her often. She handles all client communication behind the scenes and sometimes posts to our socials! She and her husband recently moved to northern Ohio for ministry so she’s rocking it working remotely. They’re expecting their first baby this fall and are so excited to grow their little family💛 She also works as a wedding and elopement photographer, and loves the wedding and party planning industry so much. For fun she is often hanging with her two dogs, going to the beach, going camping with her husband, playing pickleball, or loves exploring farmers markets! Her favorite decor items that we rent are our amber goblets and gold candlesticks. ✨

Another weekend rental heading out the door!

Our second rental of the weekend is ready for pickup! This beautiful peacock chair, along with other décor pieces, will soon be part of a special celebration.
