We were nervous our first market wouldn’t go well but it went AMAZING! Way better than we expected!! 🥹

It was one of the busiest times of year for us as our girls had dance competitions and rehearsals so David and I had to divide and conquer. David had to run the booth while I took the girls to dance and packed for Disneyland… which we left for at 7am the next day!

Things that helped us:
-Used pictures of our display set up at home to help the setup process go quicker.
-Best selling items in the front of our display.
-Clear prices with a variety of different pricing options.
-U-Shaped tables and keychain racks = more products and more customer space.

Things that didn’t work:
-One of our shelves was not stable and fell after setting everything up… thankfully we were able to fix it and set everything back up quickly.
-We may consider barcodes to speed up checkout.
-We may move the checkout so it’s more accessible to customers.
-We need a better system for transporting our stuff.
