We just want to take a moment to say thank you.
Running a small business — or, more accurately, a micro business — means things don’t always look the same from day to day.
Sometimes we have to close the shop because our entire team is working a large wedding or event. Sometimes we’re so busy that your flowers are being finished just as you walk through the door. Sometimes we reach our capacity and simply can’t take on another order.
We know those things can occasionally be inconvenient, and we are incredibly grateful for the patience, flexibility, and understanding you continue to show us.
Behind Regent is a very small team of people who genuinely care about what leaves our doors. We’re not trying to be the biggest. We’re trying to do what we do really, really well — beautiful flowers, thoughtful service, and work we’re proud to put our name on.
Every order, every visit, every recommendation, every kind word, and every bit of grace you give our little team allows us to keep doing what we love.
