Sophia Forstall knows her plants! We love all the knowledge and love she puts into her products that we sell in store.  She offers classes and workshops all over the Gulf South and is slated to teach some workshops this fall at TFP 🌱

Sophia is an Herbalist, LA Certified Native Plant Professional, Naturalist and enthusiast Nature Guide.  That’s why when asked about which book she liked, out of dozens of gardening books, we took note 📝

It’s a reference book with all the scientific names in easy to find A-Z and also a beautiful addition to your stack! 📚 Soma Remedies ॐ
