It’s that time of the week again — fresh-cut Metrostems bouquets are ready for the weekend!

Weather permitting, we’ll be at The Little Food Cafe on Friday, September 25 and Saturday, September 26, starting at 8AM with a limited number of beautiful fall-inspired bouquets.

With a very wet Nor’easter heading our way, this may be the perfect time to grab some fresh seasonal color before the storm keeps everyone indoors.

And while you’re there, make it a full LFC stop:

Friday: pick up a bouquet and stay for a delicious lunch and this week’s specials.
Saturday: come early for flowers and enjoy LFC’s very popular brunch menu.

Are you ready for cooler weather and craving something warm and cozy? Here’s one of our favorite Metrostems solutions.

We make those Costco rotisserie chickens pull double duty! We save and freeze the carcasses, and once we’ve collected 12–13, they become the base for a big batch of homemade, veggie-packed chicken soup.

Our September 23 batch yielded 10 quarts — all headed straight to the freezer, ready whenever we need a little homemade comfort.
