To all our customers,

It's been over a year since the COVID crisis began, reshaping our lives and our entire industry. I am thrilled that we have all collectively managed to not only survive, but find a way to thrive in this new environment. All of us at A. Perri Farms are proud to be a part of your success and the success of our industry as a whole as we move forward.

As part of the dynamic and changing landscape we are now facing new challenges. Due to many factors colliding at once, the industry faces unprecedented shortages of cut flowers and floral supplies. Due to strong relationships with our farms and hardgood suppliers we are weathering this situation, but even with that in mind we are seeing a serious jump in costs and reduction in significant additional availability. In order to preserve as much product for our core clients we are making a few temporary adjustments to our normal operating procedures.

We will be temporarily discontinuing our farm direct weekly specials from South America. We don't expect this to be for a significant amount of time, but certainly through Mother's day. We will continue to have our Specialty list each Tuesday but our cutoff will now be Wednesday.

there will be a temporary moratorium on new accounts though Mother's Day.

We also suggest more speculation to ensure your own order fulfillment, especially on cut flowers and floral supplies for funeral work. We may have to cut significant supply orders if our inventory levels are too low, to maximize access for all customers. We also suggest that you must seriously consider raising your own prices as there is no current indicators yet that we will see prices falling to more expected levels.

We hope that these measures will ensure the best possible access for our core customer base to consistently meet your needs.

Mother's Day 2021

Again, due to our close working relationships with our partner farms and hardgood suppliers we will have a full Mother's Day availability. Our dutch price list will be coming this week, and our massive prebook list will also be coming out very soon. You will notice that on many South American items, there will only be mixed cases. This has been done by design to ensure maximum fulfillment from the farms, and the best possible cost value for you. We suggest that you prepare your mother's day orders now, and order as soon as you see the list. We will not be able to take orders past the quantities we have booked with the farms. They will go fast. If there are any issues with fulfillment by the farms come the holiday, we will be equally taking from all orders to maximize every core customer's order. Also we will not be able to double existing standing orders for mother's day, but priority for fulfillment will be given to our standing order customers 1st.

VERY IMPORTANT to note. We will not take any special orders for Mother's Day week for any product not indicated on our specials list and we will not be taking "short" orders (less then case or specials quantity listed) either.
