We pay out of pocket monthly for a third party company to mystery shop our locations to make sure our employees are correctly verifying IDs.

Green card means ID was properly verified.

Red card means ID was not verified (sometimes there are mistakes, like giving a red card if we don’t scan ID, even if we don’t have scanners)

Not all of our red cards are real, some are mistakes, but in the case of real red cards, employee retraining happens immediately.

We thought you might like to see our records since 2017 (that’s as far backs as we can go without it being a pain)

9 years of data. 96% success rate. A couple of training sessions for team members.

We go out of our way to stop underage use of these products, and have done for 14 years.

If you want to support responsible, adult access to life saving products, please think about giving us a visit.
