The past couple of years owning Superior Bait & Tackle have been some of the best of our lives. We've gotten to know so many of you by name — swapped fishing stories at the counter, seen your kids' first-catch pictures, heard about the ones that got away, and watched this shop become a real community of Cherokee Lake fishermen. From the bottom of our hearts: THANK YOU. Y'all didn't just shop here — you made this place what it is.

That said, JULY 31 WILL BE THE LAST DAY our doors are open at the store. 😢

BUT HERE'S THE GOOD NEWS — WE'RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE! 🎉 Superior Bait & Tackle is going FULLY ONLINE. Same shop, same crew, same gear you count on — shipped right to your door. We'll be posting the link and all the details right here on this page, so stay tuned and give us a follow so you don't miss it.

Finally the backwater should be touching the John Sevier Dam. Now you guys can start hunting the walleye and hybrids and striper that have been hard to access for a long time. Levels will still be low but much better. Be careful and happy hunting.
