We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team in a prime-time role (25โ30 hours per week). If you enjoy building relationships, working in a team-oriented environment, and helping customers celebrate lifeโs special moments through fine jewelry, we would love to hear from you.
What Youโll Do
As a Sales Professional, you will provide a superior customer experience by guiding customers through jewelry purchases with professionalism, warmth, and product knowledge.
Responsibilities Include:
Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized sales experiences
Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate merchandise
Share detailed product knowledge about fine jewelry and timepieces
Support store operations to help drive growth and profitability
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Communicate with customers regarding repairs and special orders
Contribute ideas and initiatives to help grow the business
Assist customers with both in-store and online purchases
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, luxury sales, or jewelry sales preferred
Comfortable using technology including tablets, smartphones, and computers
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends during peak retail hours
Professional upscale casual or business attire required
