Today’s star: Banksia.

She’s fuzzy.
She’s spiky.
She looks a little prehistoric.
And yes, I’m obsessed.

Banksia is part of the protea family and basically proof that flowers don’t have to be delicate to be beautiful.

It’s been a minute. Nathan was sick last week, I’m just now getting over it, and Harley has been working overtime as the very best nurse for her Dads. 🐾
