Wow!!! What a week!!!! Brown County Fair, Mt. Sterling, IL we had 6lbs of gummy worms find homes in shave ice!! 100 pounds of sugar was used to make the best Tropical Sno flavors. Blue raspberry was the favorite Tropical Sno shave ice!! With wedding cake and shortcake the favorite concoctions!!! Strawberry bomb smoothies was a huge hit!! (Sold out!) Caramel frappe was choice for coffee drinks!! Thank you for the fun memories and allowing Tahiti Sweetie Shave Ice to join you in 2026!!! Your kindness in waiting in line was so appreciated. It is Friday!! Tahiti Sweetie Shave Ice will be open at 6:00pm!!! We were asked “what do you use the Tajin for?” We can sprinkle it on anything!!!! We do have the Mangonada!!!! Comes with chamoy and Tajin!!! No extra charge!!!! We have sweet friends that even ask for it in their real fruit Mango Mania smoothies!” Yes!!! We do!!! “Meet you in line at Tahiti Sweeties!!” At the Brown County Fair, Mt. Sterling, IL!!! And make it a little “spicy” Friday!!!

The Beardstown Park District is looking for gently used items to help support our children's programs!

If you have any of the following that you no longer need, we'd greatly appreciate your donation:

* Sand and water toys
* Toy trucks and cars (such as Tonka trucks)
* Children's life jackets
* Puddle jumpers

Donations can be dropped off at the Park Office during regular business hours.

Your generosity helps us provide fun, engaging activities for children in our community. Thank you for supporting the Beardstown Park District!

When you make different icy treats it can take some time. You may also hear Sweetie yell, “taking ice!” You may see IceMan running to get more flavors!!! It is true we make Tropical Sno shave ice. Did you know we also make blended ice frappes and real fruit smoothies!!!! (May I suggest adding some Tillamook, creamy all natural ice cream!). And the famous Tahiti Sweetie Cholado!!!!!!! We will see you sweet friends tonight at 6:00!! It is tractor pull night!!!!!
