Today, our community comes together to remember.

The City of Beaufort and The Exchange Club will hold a Patriot Day ceremony this evening to honor those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, and recognize the first responders who continue to serve our community.

🇺🇸 Friday, September 11
⏰ 7:30–8 p.m.
📍 Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park lawn

The ceremony will include remarks from Mayor Phil Cromer, recognition of the Firefighter, EMS and Police Officers of the Year, and will conclude with a procession of first responder vehicles across the Woods Memorial Bridge.

In the event of rain, the ceremony will move to the Waterfront Park pavilion.

From all of us at Monkey’s Uncle, we encourage our friends, neighbors and visitors to join our community tonight as we remember, honor and never forget.
