Books & Bites with the Author presents Ed R. Green on Thursday, June 25th, from 4:00 to 6:00pm!

Mr. Green is back with us to present his popular series, The Sapphire Prison and The Orb of Ascendance! With fae-human alliances, ancient artifacts, dragon attacks, and battles to save imprisoned souls in the endless fight between good and evil, both of these high fantasy series have something for all fantasy lovers!

Copies of all books from the series will be available for purchase and autographing. Drinks & snacks provided for attendees for this free event.

Join us for a Kids' Books & Bites event with local pediatrician Dr. James Simmons!

On Saturday June 6th from 11am-1pm, Dr Simmons will read and discuss his new book, Butterfly Dreams: A Journey of Transformation, in a family event perfect for kids and tweens! All about the big changes that come with growing up, this sweet story was inspired by Dr. Simmons’ granddaughters and makes a great, heartfelt gift ideal for ages 7-12.

Copies of Butterfly Dreams will be available for purchase and signing. Snacks and drinks provided by Beaufort Bookstore for this free event. See you there!

On Saturday, May 2nd, from 11:00am to 1:00pm, author and local coach/trainer Ryan McConnell, and illustrator Ni’Don Fripp, present Can I Lift with You? A heartwarming tribute to fit parents who are as dedicated to their young children as they are to their health. It's a fun reminder of the importance of including your kids in what you do and an opportunity to read, laugh, and exercise together!

This kid-friendly Books & Bites is a free event, with snacks and drinks provided by Beaufort Bookstore. Plenty of seating room for the kiddos while Mr. McConnell reads!
